Today on health tip Wednesdays I will be sharing with you smoothie recipes. Smoothies help in filling you up quickly and its great to have especially post workout, it's also a great filler for those who have busy days and have no time to sit and eat a meal. You are still getting all your nutrients from drinking your smoothie, it's especially great for those who don't like eating their veggies blending it with other things can help alot with the taste and help you to get your equal proportion of vegetables that you need on a day to day basis.
