For some using a toner in their skin regimen is important and to others they don't necessarily use a toner unless necessary while some don't use it at all.
In my opinion it’s important to use a toner especially for those who have oily skin it helps to get rid of the excess oil.
- Apple cider vinegar and Water
So you will do 1 part apple cider vinegar and 1 part water. If you skin is sensitive you can use less apple cider vinegar and more water. If you are not a fan of the smell and you can’t handle it you can add a little tea tree oil or peppermint oil or lavender oil to kind of take away the scent

- Green tea and Apple Cider Vinegar
- Witch Hazel and Vitamin C

- Lemon Juice and Honey

Rosewater helps to maintain your skin’s pH balance. It helps fight acne, dermatitis and eczema. Rose water hydrates, revitalizes and moisturizes the skin, and makes it smooth. It also helps to heal scars, cuts and wounds. Rose water cools the skin. It helps to tone the skin. It also has anti-bacterial properties. The antioxidant properties of rose water help to strengthen skin cells and regenerate skin tissues.
You can boil your own rose petals to make your rose water or you can buy one at the store and the one I recommend is the Burts Bees Rose Water Toner or Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel.
Apple Cider Vinegar
It helps to get rid of wrinkles, age spots, acne scarring, tightens skin, gets rid of pimples fast. The best apple cider vinegar to use is the Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar .
It helps to get rid of pimples, blackheads, helps in fighting acne and also helps with scarring. I recommend Thayers Witch Hazel or Dickinsons Witch Hazel
Diminishes scars and spots. Heals acne. It may brighten and lighten the skin as well as fighting wrinkles
Treats acne and pimples, fights aging, reduces puffy eyes. I recommend Chinese or Japanese green tea they are better than other brands.
Reduce the appearance of brown spots and other types of sun damage. Helps boost healthy collagen production (hello, firmer skin!). Reduce inflammation and irritation, both of which cause a cascade of damage. Fade post-breakout red marks by improving skin’s natural healing response.
Tea Tree Oil
Reduces acne, dark spots.
I recommend Holista Tea Tree Oil
Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention
It is full of antioxidants; it is great for slowing down aging
It is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow
Honey is clarifying because it opens up pores making them easy to unclog.
If you are looking for a specific kind of honey Manuka honey is the best and for organic honey trader Joe’s honey any honey is ok to use but those are the two highly recommended ones.
Prevents signs of aging, reduces acne and helps to lighten blemishes. Moisturizes the skin.
Fades dark circles, Reduces puffy eyes, fades freckles and improves complexion.
